OVERVIEW
The GenAI-Assisted Test Automation Engineer (GenAiA-TAE) certification program is designed to validate professionals’ competency in applying Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) to test automation activities in a structured, responsible, and governed manner.
This program integrates core test automation foundations—architecture, strategy, development, execution, maintenance, and governance—with GenAI-assisted practices. Participants will learn how GenAI can enhance automation efficiency, quality, diagnostics, and sustainability while maintaining human accountability, ethical use, and industry best practices.
The certification aligns GenAI-assisted techniques with established automation principles, ensuring participants are capable of applying AI responsibly in real-world software testing and quality engineering environments.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the role and impact of GenAI in modern test automation practices
- Design and evaluate effective test automation architectures and frameworks
- Apply GenAI to support test design, development, execution, and maintenance
- Analyze automation results and failures using structured, data-driven approaches
- Manage test data and environments with GenAI support while ensuring compliance
- Apply ethical, risk, and governance principles in GenAI-assisted testing
