The general framework of Bond To Win encapsulates 3 core values – Commitment, Communication and Collaboration. However, with each activity, key focal areas will include Leadership, Teamwork, Competency, Crisis Management, Time Management, Creativity, Flexibility, Agility and so on. It embodies the saying that “Environment is greater than willpower”.

At the end of each activity is a powerful debriefing session where participants will be guided to share deeper reflections and realisations.

10:00am – 10:30am Market Share (Build Quality Relationships)
Module Description: A form of ice-breaker that encourages participants to get to know each other beyond the surface / usual formality.Learning Objectives:

  • To raise awareness on how task driven we are often forgetting to engage on a human level.
  • To encourage participants to Build Quality Relationships.
10:30 – 10:45am Morning Tea Break
10:45am – 12:30pm Team Formation
Mover & Shaker
Module Description: Participants are given a quantitative task to fulfil where most will meet the bare minimum required. They will be pushed to raise their standards and to achieve an ‘unbelievable’ level of performance.Learning Objectives:

  • To help participants realize the type of performer they are and that by having a little more initiative, they could deliver unexpected results.
12:30 – 2:00pm Lunch
2:00 – 3:30pm Train To Thailand
Module Description: Participants will board an express train to Thailand where along the journey, mishap happens. Participants will have to work together in teams to help the train arrive safely.Learning Objectives:

  • To learn to communicate objectives clearly.
  • To learn to stay calm under pressure.
  • To learn to use the effective medium of communication to communicate effectively.
  • To understand the importance of upward, downward and sideward communication.
3:30 – 4:00pm Evening Tea Break
Warp Speed
Module Description: Participants will be tasked to produce a product for the customer, simulated by throwing a tennis ball according to a special sequence. They will be pushed to reduce production time to cater to the demands of a rapidly changing market and their performance will be recorded.Learning Objectives:

  • To inspire participants to Continuously Improve and Adapt to Changes.
  • To learn to be creative to improve efficiency and reduce time, cost and effort.

Module Description: Teams will be given a PVC pipe to lower and release. This seemingly simple task will challenge communication and teamwork.Learning Objectives:

  • How emotions can decrease efficiency.
  • Our tendency to focus on others’ mistakes.

1:30 – 2:45pm Tangle to Mingle (Leadership, Oneness)
Module Description: Team leaders learn to tie a reef knot, then teach it to their team. All teams work together to tie a knot with a long rope as one big team.Learning Objectives:
