COM1003 – Pre-Intermediate Intensive English Class (40-Hrs) (5 Days)

OVERVIEW

The pre-intermediate level focuses on learning the pre-intermediary grammar, vocabulary and communicative mediums that are available in the English Language Business Learning stream. Participants will be brought to a step higher from the basics into learning the language in depth. Participants will be able to recognize the proper usage of it. New activities will be introduced to train participants to speak, listen and write in English both at work and socially. At the end of the course, participants will be able to use the language on a daily basis.

  • Participants will be able to communicate in a range of everyday social, travel and workplace context.
  • Participants will be able to gain confidence in speech, make conversations in English, write and understand simple text and understand simple grammar and vocabulary.
  • Typically spans 5 days (9am to 5pm).
  • Nonetheless, we can customize both the program’s duration and schedule to cater to unique client requirements (e.g., compact 1-day workshops or extended sessions beyond 3 days).

Individuals who have a basic understanding of English but want to improve their language skills to reach a pre-intermediate level.
