OVERVIEW

Many of today’s inter-personal communication take place through writing. In the workplace especially, reports are indispensable communication tools. Because most, if not all workers, need to write reports for various situations that may occur at work. Achieving results through proposals, reports, technical texts, emails, memos, etc. depends on your ability to successfully persuade your readers and help them understand your ideas and act on them.

Within this 2-day workshop, participants will be able to understand the different types of reports, the essentials for a good report and how to structure and present a report. They will also learn the writing process and develop their style by the end of the course.
