OVERVIEW
This two-day interactive course will equip attendees with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct behavior-based interviews effectively. Participants will learn to ask appropriate questions to gain insight into a candidate’s previous behaviors, skills, and experience. This approach will help them predict future job performance more accurately, leading to improved hiring decisions. The course will combine theory, practical exercises, and role-play scenarios to encourage active learning.
By the end of this course the delegates will be able to:
