This two-day intensive program is designed to equip employers with a thorough understanding of their legal obligations concerning foreign workers. The workshop provides an in-depth look at various aspects of compliance from the enforcement perspective, ensuring that participants are well-versed in the latest amendments to employment law, ethical hiring practices, and accommodation standards. Interactive sessions, including case studies and group activities, facilitate practical learning and provide opportunities to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
