OVERVIEW
This two-day program immerses participants in Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats framework, a powerful method for improving decision-making, problem-solving, and collaborative thinking in the workplace.
The program introduces participants to structured “parallel thinking,” enabling teams to separate emotion, facts, creativity, risks, and logic during discussions. Day 1 focuses on understanding the Six Thinking Hats concept and experiencing the contrast between unstructured and structured thinking.
