OVERVIEW

“Present Like a Pro: Master the Art of Storytelling, Multimedia and Nonverbal Communication for High-Impact Presentations” is a 2-day program designed to help managers and heads of departments develop and improve their presentation skills. The program is specifically tailored to the needs of managers and heads of departments, providing them with the tools and techniques they need to create and deliver high-impact presentations that will engage and persuade their audience.

Day 1 focuses on the basics of effective presentation skills, including setting clear objectives, understanding your audience, developing a clear and compelling structure, and delivering with impact. The program also covers the power of storytelling in presentations, including the benefits of storytelling, identifying the key elements of a compelling story and techniques for crafting and delivering a compelling story. Additionally, the program includes a module on mastering nonverbal communication, including tonality, voice projection, and body language.

Day 2 expands on these concepts with more advanced techniques and tips for incorporating multimedia elements, handling questions and objections, and overcoming stage fright. The program also covers incorporating storytelling into different types of presentations and provides opportunities for participants to apply what they have learned and receive feedback on their delivery. Specifically, the program includes a module on how to incorporate storytelling into sales presentations, or a module on handling questions and objections in budget or strategy presentations to upper management.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to practice and receive feedback on their presentations, with the goal of improving their overall performance and delivery. The program concludes with a course wrap-up and feedback session, where participants will review key takeaways from the course, receive feedback on their overall performance and discuss next steps for continued learning and practice.
