OVERVIEW

This 2-day course aims to help participants understand and manage their inner critic while enhancing their emotional intelligence. By the end of this course, attendees will have developed the skills necessary to regulate emotions, communicate effectively, empathize with others, and foster positive relationships in their personal and professional lives.

By the end of this course the participants will be able to:

  • Recognize and understand the inner critic, its origins, and its impact on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while applying strategies to manage and reduce its influence.
  • Develop a supportive inner voice by fostering self-compassion and replacing the inner critic with a compassionate inner coach.
  • Enhance self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social awareness as key components of emotional intelligence to improve personal and professional relationships.
  • Strengthen communication and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage relationships with others.
  • Build emotional resilience by learning strategies to cope with adversity and maintain emotional well-being in various life situations.
  • Typically spans 2 days (9am to 5pm).
