OVERVIEW

This one-day course is designed to provide high-potential senior managers in Asia with the knowledge and skills needed to lead effectively across functions and cultures. The course covers the key concepts of cross-functional leadership and emotional intelligence and provides practical strategies for developing those skills. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, group discussions, and activities, participants will learn how to navigate the complex, multi-cultural environments faced by senior managers in Asia, and develop the skills needed to lead effectively across cultures and functions.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
