OVERVIEW

As businesses and organizations become more international, they become more multicultural. If this meeting of cultures is left unmanaged, it can lead to challenges, whether legal, performance, profit, morale, or Inclusion and Diversity related.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants should be able to:
