LDR1050 – Group CoachingShape

OVERVIEW

In today’s fast-paced and dynamic leadership environment, understanding and leveraging one’s unique strengths is critical for sustained success. Group CoachingShape is a structured six-session group coaching journey designed to empower leaders to harness their innate capabilities, build self-awareness, and align their goals with deliberate execution.

Grounded in the Gallup CliftonStrengths framework, this programme enables leaders to embark on a collaborative yet personalized development experience. Participants strengthen confidence, resilience, and execution discipline through peer learning, structured reflection, and strengths-based accountability.

The programme integrates self-discovery, goal alignment, blind-spot identification, mindset development, and practical execution strategies within a supportive group setting. Each session builds progressively, ensuring sustainable behavioural change while leveraging collective insights from peers.

Through guided facilitation, structured group dialogue, and applied exercises, participants gain actionable strategies and ongoing peer support for lasting leadership impact across professional and personal domains.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • Develop self-awareness by identifying core strengths and understanding their impact on leadership effectiveness
