OVERVIEW
Understanding individual personality differences is essential for improving communication, teamwork, leadership effectiveness, and workplace collaboration. Many workplace conflicts, misunderstandings, and productivity gaps stem not from competence issues — but from differences in communication styles, decision-making preferences, and energy orientation.
The MBTI® Assessment programme is a structured personality development workshop designed to help participants understand their Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) profile and apply it constructively in professional environments.
Through guided interpretation, facilitated discussions, and practical application exercises, participants will explore how personality preferences influence communication, stress responses, leadership approach, and team dynamics. The programme focuses on practical workplace application — ensuring participants do not only “know their type” but understand how to leverage it effectively.
This programme promotes self-awareness, mutual respect, and structured collaboration by equipping participants with a shared language for understanding behavioural differences.
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Understand the MBTI® framework and its four preference dimensions
- Identify their individual MBTI® personality type
- Recognise how personality preferences influence communication styles
- Improve teamwork by understanding personality diversity
- Adapt communication approaches for different personality types
- Apply personality insights to leadership and conflict management
