Thus, training the members of the team is core to the success of any company in this new age of rapid change. When each member of the team works in harmony with one another, the level of performance and service produced is nothing short of true professionalism and energy to move the organisation forward!
MasterTeams! High Performance Team Synergy
Adventure Experience target to inculcate into each participant (through interactive learning, games, role-playing and experiential fun indoor and outdoor adventure activities) the importance of working as a professional team. Throughout the sessions, participants will learn the core aspects of what makes a team successful, contributing to the profitability of their company. At the end of the workshop, participants will hold in their hands specific skills, concepts and experiences that can propel their team and company toward greater professionalism and as a result, greater profitability.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants should be able to:
- Understand yourself and others better
- Improve your level of cooperation within the team, making achieving company projects easier
- Increase your creativity as a team and generating ideas
- Work in improved harmony and communicate better
- Become more competitive, motivated & goal-oriented leader and team member

| 9:00 – 10:00am | TEAM FORMATION
Objective: Icebreaker and introduction to the program Description: This session is the beginning of a new journey each team and participants will enjoy together as a team. The session also acts as a forming stage when new teams are formed. Election of masters will be done, and team will be designing their own group name and flags. |
| 10:00am – 11:30am | TEN CUSTOMERS
Description: A Closing & Final activity. No more competition among teams. We will group all teams together as ONE and perform together. The objective is to save all TEN customers. The faster the perform, the earlier they can go home. If they make a mistake, we will have to restart all over again. FOCUS is the key in this challenge. |

| 11:45am – 12:45pm | LEGO CHALLENGE
Objective: Moving Forward! Description: Team challenge with “Continuous Improvement in mind”. Teams will be challenged to build a statue/building. Based on their time, they have to implement an improvement for the second round. The best round/team will then be invited to share how they implement their Kaizen ideas. They will share what idea is compromised and what idea works for them and we will learn together. |

| 2:30 – 3:30pm | RACE OF LIFE! (Outdoor)
Objective: Team leadership and problem solving Description: Participants will be moving in teams and hunting for stations and clues. Teams will be interdependent within each another to achieve the objectives. Leadership is vital but most importantly, they have to trust each another and communicate for new and creative ideas. Stage 1: Get more points |

| 4:00 – 4:45pm | THE TIME ATTACK
Objective: Your performance as an individual is equally important to the company’s success. Description: Team will be performing a time attack in a circle. Everyone will be involved including outsiders, 3rd party, vendors and the objective is to achieve a special time attack. Each of them will be contributing their effort to make the team successful but if one fails, it affects the whole company. |
| 4:45 – 5:30pm | LEARNING INTERVENTION
Description: Final sharing from teams and also a warp up on the learning journey. Debriefing by facilitator and also sharing by teams on their learning from activities and also action plans. |
