The trainer will share all 4 elements with participants (classroom learning + resourceful videos). Followed by a card game, group discussion and group presentation. - LEARNING

Script prepping might be a tough and time-consuming process which participants might be concerned about. In fact, the effectiveness of how to deliver content to convince the client or audience relies on the script. ChatGPT will be a resourceful tool of this era to help participants draft out the flow and plan an effective script. For that, they must equip themselves with ChatGPT prompting skills. Along with it, they will learn to personalize the script as per their desire.

Prompting format and keywords will be shared in the classroom learning process. Then participants will be required to practice the format and keywords for multiple topics with and without prompts. - LEARNING
Playing with ChatGPT prompts through given topics will allow participants to explore and experience ChatGPT and understand the outcome and its style. And they can observe the output differences using the format prompts and how to personalize it to their desired delivery.

With the PowerPoint Designer tool, it is all made simple and effective. It is a paid tool by Microsoft 365. Exploring and learning the tool will come in handy for any presentations.

In groups, participants are required to prepare for a 5-minute presentation on a topic picked through poling using the PowerPoint Designer tool upon learning the step-by-step guide in the classroom. - LEARNING

While AI can do wonders and presentations can be fully prepared with voice or even talking avatar, saving the nervousness in the event of technology failure one must be prepared to face reality. Engineering Confidence will allow participants to learn the tips, tricks and techniques to overcome nervousness and make a confident and effective presentation.

Step-by-step learning about D-ID an AI tool to create and develop an Avatar for any presentation in the classroom. Participants will be required to work in groups to prepare a presentation with Avatar for a given topic.

Participants can explore the tool, design avatars, slides and scripts for a topic and present it in the training. This will enable them to explore the tool and create an avatar. Also, prepare a script and make a comprehensive presentation at the end of the training to meet the training requirement.
