Leaners receive their personalised Agile EQ report results. Participants will discover the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions, recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to them and become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations.

Everything DiSC® Group Culture Report, can be used to understand the DiSC personality types within your group/team, and the impact of the group’s DiSC personality types on your culture and group/team dynamics.  The report provides an overview of what group/team culture is, why group/team culture is important and reviews the team mapped against the Everything DiSC® model.

This report is designed to equip managers/HRs with data about the diversity of interpersonal styles in the groups they work with. Everything DiSC® Facilitator Report provides a composite of organisation’s group’s DiSC® styles and information on how DiSC styles can impact their organisation’s culture.

The report Includes the names and styles of each participant and detailed information on how each individual’s DiSC style may affect the DiSC culture within the group or organisation.

Everything DiSC Agile EQ profile comes to life in a fully customisable classroom or virtual training.
