Through the lens of their unique DiSC style, participants will, discover their DiSC style; deepen their understanding of self and others; learn how to build better relationships; access real-time tips for more effective interactions with colleagues and build foundation for future social and emotional skill training.
Everything DiSC® Group Culture Report, can be used to understand the DiSC personality types within your group/team, and the impact of the group’s DiSC personality types on your culture and group/team dynamics. The report provides an overview of what group/team culture is, why group/team culture is important and reviews the team mapped against the Everything DiSC® model.
Everything DiSC Management profile comes to life in a fully customisable classroom or virtual training.
