OVERVIEW
Welcome to our program on “Beyond Goal Zero: Culture for Sustainable Performance”. Our goal is to support you in creating a culture of sustainable performance that will allow you to excel in all areas of your work, while maintaining a focus on health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) values.
This program is designed to help you move beyond the traditional Goal Zero approach, which can sometimes foster complacency, by focusing on building a culture that encourages continuous improvement, innovation, and learning. We will explore how to discipline of execution, where all team members are empowered to identify and address potential issues, and where HSSE values are deeply ingrained in the organizational culture.
Our program is structured around three key pillars: Execution, Culture, and Learning. We will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to drive effective execution, build a culture that supports sustainable performance, and develop your own personal and professional skills.
We hope that this program will be a transformative experience for you, and that you will leave with a deep understanding of the importance of HSSE values, as well as the practical skills and strategies you need to achieve sustainable performance. Thank you for joining us on this journey.
By the end of this course the delegates will be able to:
- Understand the importance of maintaining a culture of safety and sustainability in the workplace.
- Develop skills and knowledge to execute safety measures effectively and efficiently.
- Identify ways to prevent complacency and maintain a state of chronic unease towards safety measures.
- Foster team-building skills and effective communication in order to promote trust among team members.
- Gain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of HSSE personnel in safety, health, and environment and how to break the silo mindset on just safety.
- Typically spans 2 days (9am to 5pm).
- Nonetheless, we can customize both the program’s duration and schedule to cater to unique client requirements (e.g., compact 1-day workshops or extended sessions beyond 3 days).

PROGRAM OUTLINE
- The 2-and-a-half-day program will be facilitated by a program lead facilitator who will work closely with the participants to ensure the success of the program. The program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through a series of presentations, workshops, and team building activities, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the company’s mission and values, and how they can contribute to the organization’s success.

- Through the program, participants will be equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s success. The program lead facilitator will ensure a personalized approach to learning, addressing each participant’s individual needs and goals.
- The Knowledge Sharing Session is a dedicated time for participants to learn from industry experts and share their own experiences and best practices. This session will cover areas such as discipline in execution and operational excellence.
