OVERVIEW

Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt is for those who are new to the world of lean and Six Sigma, who has a passion to develop the basic knowledge on Lean Six Sigma. This Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt entry level program helps participants familiarize with the basic concepts of Lean, Six Sigma, and the methodology.

Upon completion of this program, the participants are expected to learn and apply:

  • Understand the basics of lean thinking and six sigma.
  • Learn how six sigma can benefit your organization.
  • Identify the ideologies of lean and different type of wastes.
  • Participate as an active member in lean events.
  • Understand the DMAIC process and lean to use tools for each phase.
  • Typically spans 2 days (9am to 5pm).
