The right mental attitude is essential in adapting to this new norm and the delivery of high-quality service. It has been proven that lack of right attitude is the leading cause of decreased productivity.

Our attitude is what influences all our actions. It is only the right attitude, which gets us good results. Therefore, right attitude has always been the key to the success and the failure of the company.

Any job you do is going to “have your fingerprints all over it. That is why it is so important to take ownership, giving full commitment and be responsible of your job, any job you do, and really own and of course, we can’t do it alone! Note: This is a very powerful tool to understand oneself and others better, improve communication and teamwork, reduce conflict as you begin to understand why some people behave the way they do and how to cope and manage others based on their personality

Hands on Learning Gallery Walk Activity:

An activity whereby participants will be grouped based on their personalities. Participants will discuss among their personality group members on their strengths and weaknesses, what other personalities like and dislike about them. What they want other personalities to understand about them. How can they improve to become a productive and a better employee/leader? When done, all groups will “gallery walk” to the rest of the groups and may add on to what has been written. This is for them to understand and acknowledge the view of others towards them. This activity allows everyone to understand more about the personality of others and how to deal with different personalities to improve relationship, enhance teamwork and minimize miscommunication and conflict.
