OVERVIEW
In today’s complex and fast-changing business landscape, organisations require teams that can think critically, collaborate effectively, and respond decisively under pressure. Yet many teams struggle with poor communication, reactive decision-making, silo thinking, and unclear accountability.
SURVIVAL: Critical Thinking & Team Building is an experiential learning programme designed to simulate real-world pressure scenarios where participants must analyse information, solve problems collaboratively, and make strategic decisions as a team.
Through structured survival-themed simulations and team challenges, participants develop analytical thinking, situational awareness, communication discipline, and collective problem-solving capabilities. The programme emphasises decision-making under constraints, trust-building, role clarity, and accountability.
SURVIVAL goes beyond traditional team-building activities by embedding structured critical thinking frameworks into experiential exercises — ensuring participants translate learning into workplace performance improvement.
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Apply structured critical thinking frameworks to complex problems
- Analyse information objectively and prioritise effectively
- Make sound decisions under time and resource constraints
- Communicate clearly within teams to reduce misunderstandings
- Strengthen trust, accountability, and role clarity in team settings
- Reflect on team dynamics and identify areas for performance improvement
