OVERVIEW

Team Cohesiveness and Empowerment is a dynamic and experiential training program designed to strengthen unity, collaboration, and team effectiveness in the workplace. In today’s fast-paced business environment, high-performing teams require trust, alignment, and proactive communication to achieve shared goals.

This one-day program combines interactive action-learning activities, facilitated discussions, and focused teaching sessions to help participants build stronger relationships, improve interpersonal communication, and enhance collective problem-solving capabilities. Through structured simulations and team challenges, participants will experience firsthand the importance of trust, collaboration, accountability, and shared responsibility.

By the end of the session, teams will be more cohesive, motivated, and empowered to work together effectively while driving superior business performance.

Teams attempt to build a structure while managing hidden “spies” within the team.

  • Understanding the importance of clarity in communication

Activity: The Fragile Tower
Teams construct a tall structure using fragile and soft materials under constraints.

  • Taking initiative and shared responsibility

Activity: The Egg Drop Challenge
Teams design and build a device (with limited resources) to protect two raw eggs dropped from a height.
