OVERVIEW
Effective leadership begins with self-awareness. In today’s dynamic workplace, leaders must understand not only strategy and execution — but also their personality preferences, communication tendencies, and behavioural impact on others.
Unlocking Leadership Potential is a two-day leadership development programme built around the MBTI® framework. The programme facilitates deep self-discovery, strengthens understanding of team dynamics, and equips leaders with adaptive leadership strategies based on personality insights.
Participants engage in interactive discussions, experiential exercises, temperament analysis, and practical leadership simulations. By exploring personality preferences, interaction styles, and leadership implications, leaders gain actionable strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
This programme moves beyond theory — translating personality insights into practical leadership application within real organisational contexts.
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Understand the MBTI® framework and its relevance to leadership effectiveness
- Identify personal strengths, blind spots, and behavioural tendencies
- Recognise the impact of personality differences on team dynamics
- Adapt communication styles to improve collaboration and influence
- Apply temperament insights to leadership decision-making
- Develop adaptive leadership strategies based on personality diversity
- Create a personalised leadership effectiveness action plan
